Mirronation was started on July 14th, 2007 by Michael Moro (psx00) as a
direct response to the shutdown of DiggDown.net in July 2007.
Mike also previously ran the site psx00.com which provided Diggnation early to non-subscribers along with DiggDown, but eventually was stopped due to Mike entering college and there not being a need for two early release websites.
After the first 100 days of operation, Mike sent out a request for help with the website and after reviewing over 50 aplications, decided on Arron and Josh to help moderate the forum and run the main page respectfully.
With this new support group, Mike is now looking to the future of Mirrornation and is working on new and better ways of supplying the masses with their weekly dose of Diggnation.

Mike, a computer and film enthusiast, spends most of his time going to college full time and working part time at a video store and hopes to eventually end up producing and directing films. When not doing that he enjoys reading, video games (PC and Xbox 360 mostly), watching movies, snowboarding, camping, and partying. He also enjoys listing to most genres of music (with exception to country and crappy rap music) and recently has started to enjoy Opera (but that's mostly because he is dating an Opera singer, but don't tell her that ;) |
